HBO Max ‘s breakout medical drama is returning for Season 2 tonight, Jan. 8, exactly one year after Season 1 premiered. Like the first season, this new 15-episode installment will follow the emergency department staff throughout one 15-hour shift, with each episode covering roughly one hour of the shift.
